Please note: Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of our home decor products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled, displayed, or removed from their original packaging if they are not defective.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumaeflora@outlook.com with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
